Xavier Jordan

I'm an independent filmmaker striving to create unique and innovate projects that build off the world of cinema from before me. 

Growing up I always liked stories that were a bit out there like Courage the Cowardly Dog or Invader Zim. When I saw Coraline in theaters I started making my own stop-motion films. Since then I've made a number of short films and graduated from CU Denver with a BFA in Film and Television Production class of 2025. 
 

My favorite spot on set is in the camera or lighting department, but I have fun anywhere from making overheads as the Director of Photography to applying gels to a light. After filming I like to adjust the final color until it's picture perfect.  

I always look for unique ways to tell and enhance a story through the medium of film.

It doesn't matter if it's narrative or non-fiction to me as long as I can work with a team of creative people to bring a story to life.
